What a great experience. The lounge experience was perfect. Ask for my man Roy. The best drinks in Mumbai. From shots to mixed cocktail he can do it all. The staff made me and my family feel at home. Very highly recommended. Only place I will stay in Mumbai.

We would like to write about Mr. Dushyant duty manager of jw marriott mumbai juhu. He is the worst person in this hotel industry. He is not capable to work at this kind of branded luxury hotel. We are very disappointed with his behavior with us several times & with our 2-3 room guests colleague's also.He is very rude & doesn't know how to speak with guests. And he rudely back answers guests. And he is not efficient towards his work also. He makes lots of mistakes in his front desk work. And when we confront to him he interacts rudely. This kind of a person & his behavior doesn't suit in hospitality business. I am an executive elite member of marriott hotels.

We just checked in the hotel. Aumang at the reception and Dushyant the Duty Manager were wonderful and helped us a lot. We had an issue initially with out booker and with the payment of the room. They contacted the booker and also upgraded our room. We had a great experience thanks to them.💕💕
